We know that staying physically active is an important part of a healthy lifestyle but for kids living with rare neurological diseases like Rett syndrome, physical activity improves their quality of life.

Telethon Kids Institute researchers have worked alongside families and kids with rare neurological diseases to co-design a dedicated resource –  ActiveRett to support and inform parents and care givers.

Members of our ActiveRett co-design team have shared some of their favourite tunes to move to.
