Kim’s career has spanned internal evaluation of Statewide public health campaigns, developing health policy, frontline management of primary and public health teams, lecturing in healthcare management and public health and evaluating a wide range of early years and other programs. His expertise lies in interpreting facilitators of and barriers to policy, program and service effectiveness in public and not-for-profit health and social services areas.
