Piloting the use of an Acceptance Commitment Therapy intervention to improve quality of life for adolescents with type 1 diabetes

This intervention will trial a six week face to face ACT intervention and an online mindfulness app intervention to see whether these are acceptable to adolescents with T1D and feasible to expand on a larger scale. The project will also investigate whether the interventions appear to impact on the psychosocial health of adolescents with T1D.
