Jon Sae-Koew is a Research Assistant within the Health Promotion and Education research team and the Life Course Centre. He has research experience in child and adolescent mental health, prevention, social-emotional learning and quantitative research methods, particularly longitudinal analysis.

Jon completed his PhD that focused on developing recommendations to support adolescent mental health in communities experiencing socioeconomic disadvantage and inequality. Specifically, his PhD work examined school-based prevention approaches to supporting adolescent mental health in such communities. Jon’s primary research interests include inequalities in mental health and economics, social epidemiology, and prevention science.
