Natasha has been a chef for more than 20 years, during that time she worked throughout Western Australia and Overseas. During her time as a chef, she was passionate about ensuring that children had a wide variety of nutritious meals to consume when eating food outside the home.
Natasha is an Honours student where her project is exploring whether 'children's menus in restaurants differ in nutritional quality and availability across five different cuisine types'
She is interested in improving the food consumer environment, young people's exposure to alcohol and other drugs, and mental health and suicide prevention.
