Heather McKee has been a Project Coordinator and the Student and Volunteer Program Coordinator with the Health Promotion and Education Research team since 2014. Heather has a major in Health Promotion and extensive research and project management experience working on school-based health promotion intervention projects related to the positive mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents.
With a strong interest in various research areas including the use of technology and online behaviours, nutrition education and the built food environment, Heather has coordinated several projects, including the Cyber Savvy Project, Amped Up: An Energy Drinks Study, and most recently Cyber Friendly Primary Schools (2019-2021) and Supporting Family Conversations (2018-2020).
