Donna Hill

Donna is a Senior Research Data Analyst on the Early Years Initiative (EYI) within the Health Promotion and Education Research team.  She is responsible for the design and implementation of quantitative analyses, and the development of data management solutions for the evaluation of the EYI. 

Donna has over twenty years’ prior experience as a statistical consultant, with expertise in the evaluation of behaviour change programs.  She has managed evaluations of the WA Metropolitan Family Violence Courts and the WA Courts Diversion Program, investigating the programs’ effectiveness on reducing recidivism.  Donna also led the development of longitudinal surveys to measure the effect of the Your Move travel behaviour change program.
