Matilda is a Project Coordinator for the Health Promotion and Education Research Team at Telethon Kids Institute. Matilda has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health and is passionate about school-based health promotion intervention projects. Her work at the institute covers a range of child and adolescent health issues including mental health, socio-emotional wellbeing, learning and behaviour as well as bullying and cyber bullying prevention.
Matilda is currently supporting the Friendly Schools Project (the most evidence-based whole-school bullying prevention intervention in Australia) and is coordinating the OASIS project which aims to support the translation of Friendly Schools across Australia.
